tooka cab home from DCA a few weeks ago and it was a full $10 cheaper than Uber and Lyft. Same. Uber and Lyft were around $40 to get home from DCA, not including tip. The taxi was $25 including tip (would have been $20 without the tip). Same. I think coming home from the airport Red Cab is the way to go now.
Im a little confused by this question, because that strongly depends on how much you use your car/uber. If you take an uber twice a year for 10km I'm pretty sure it's cheaper than owning a car. Insurances alone for the car will be more than 100$. If you're on the road all the time it'll be cheaper to get your own car because you don't have to rQFqkLa.
